Fast Delivery

We try to provide fast shipping within 2 days of your order. Orders are shipped from our warehouse by ground delivery service to arrive 3 to 7 days (in Canada) after leaving our warehouse. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by phone or email. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday business days. Sorry, we don't ship orders on Saturday/Sunday.

Signing For Delivery

All deliveries must be signed for. Otherwise group seven cannot take responsibility for delivery.

P.O. Boxes

If the delivery address is a P.O. Box number group seven cannot take responsibility for delivery.

Customs/Brokerage Charges

All shipments leave from our warehouse in Canada. Shipments outside Canada may be subject to delays at Customs and Customs and/or Brokerage fees when delivered.

Oversize Delivery Surcharges

Certain items are oversize or overweight may have additional shipping charges. You will be contacted by one of our representatives and notified of any additional shipping costs before your order is processed. Should the additional cost of shipping prove prohibitive, you may cancel your order without penalty.

Refunds and Returns

  • Group seven must be contacted at least 7 days after the shipment arrival date, in order for us to provide a full refund.
  • Prior to returning an item, please call 1-403-229-3117 weekdays from 11 am to 7 pm (MST) to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Group Seven cannot accept your returned product if you do not have a RA#
  • With the exception of shipping errors, Group Seven does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges or brokerage fees.
  • In the event of any order with free shipping, returned items will be charged the shipping charges incurred by Group Seven.
  • To be returned, all items must be unused and include the original packaging, clothing must be clean, unwashed with all tags attached no exeptions.

Rush Delivery

Customers can request rush delivery at an additional cost at the time of your order. Depending on where you live there will be several shipping options presented to you while you make your order.

Refused Shipments

All shipments refused by the buyer for delivery will be charged a 40% restocking charge.
